Why this product is in the directory

First-party Startvest product. Listed under disclosure-asterisk per Veto 2. Memo signing gate (CRIT-HP-MEMO-SIGNATURE-GATE) enforces human signature on every AI-derived compliance memo before export. Audit trail append-only, 7-year retention floor at the DB-trigger layer. Layer 1 Veto 6 currently PARTIAL pre-counsel-review; flips PASS when rule library is attorney-attested. Honestly classified.
